Recently, the Ohio Senate introduced SB80 to change the election of state supreme court justices and state appellate court judges from non-partisan to partisan elections. In addition to his testimony in the Ohio House of Representatives on the companion legislation, Dr. Taylor testified before the Ohio Senate Local Government and Elections Committee in support of the bill.
